These terms govern your use of the Red Sea Egypt website and the booking of any tour or excursion offered through it. By submitting a booking request you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request through the website, WhatsApp or Messenger is a request to reserve a tour. A booking is only confirmed once we acknowledge it directly. Prices shown are per person in the currency displayed and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is made through the methods presented at booking. You are responsible for verifying payment details before transferring any funds. We will never ask you to pay through a channel other than the methods listed on this site.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the specific tour and are communicated when your booking is confirmed. Some tours are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled for safety reasons.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and traveller details.
• Arrive at the agreed pick-up point on time.
• Hold valid travel documents and any required insurance.
• Follow guide instructions, particularly for diving and safari activities.

Liability

Red Sea Egypt acts in good faith to deliver the experiences described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
